Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through AGADGETSHOP (operated by CompanyManager Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 37 674 228 196). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders and Payment
We accept payment via secure third-party providers (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Afterpay).
In some cases, we may offer payment on invoice (“purchase on account”). In such cases, payment must be made within the specified period stated on the invoice.

2. Retention of Ownership
All products remain the property of AGADGETSHOP until full payment has been received.
This includes purchases made on invoice or with delayed payment terms. We reserve the right to reclaim any unpaid goods if payment is not made in full within the agreed timeframe.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to return shipping fees.

5. Product Descriptions
We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in appearance or packaging may occur.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
