We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below:

Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition.

Any damage or defect must be clearly documented with photos and reported to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products that show signs of use, are missing parts, or are returned without original packaging cannot be accepted.

Please contact us before returning any item. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
